"Rice Balls"

I chose to make rice balls because it is easy and quick to prepare. Regular rice balls are just plain and boring, but I designed the rice balls into the shape of chicks to make them look more appealing, especially for kids. This food also consists of all healthy, non-fat ingredients, so it would make a perfect lunch box for kids.

<Ingredients>
rice
soy sauce
lettuce
tomatoes
sesame oil
3 eggs
cheese
seaweed
broccoli

1. Boil 2 eggs for 18 minutes. Peel off the shell.

2. Cut the eggs in half and carve out the yolk.

3. Cut it into these shapes to make them look like "cracked eggs" for embellishment purpose.

4. Take another brand new egg and separate out the yolk.

5. Mix the yolk with rice and add 1.5 tablespoon of soy sauce and one tablespoon of sesame oil. Once the rice is prepared, shape them into two tiny rice balls.

6. Boil the broccoli for 5 minutes.
7. Wash the tomatoes.

8. Make the eyes of the chicks with the seaweed and the nose and the wings using cheese. Lay out the tomatoes and broccoli for decoration.
9. Enjoy!
